Task:

 

1. Create an Excel File(s) for your data based on the questions that you have on your questionnaire.

2. Code the questions and answer options (see Instrumentation.pptInstrumentation page) for coding sample.

3. Upload your excel files to your wiki. Please make sure that you give me access to your wiki so I can look at your files.
